2010佛光山東禪寺平安燈會暨花藝展
馬來西亞最具代表性春節燈會之一，「佛光山東禪寺平安燈會暨花藝展」將於2010年2月12日至28日（農曆十二月廿九至正月十五）盛大舉辦。燈會 主題為「威德福海」。在為期17天的平安燈會期間，將舉辦系列精采的藝文活動、文化節目及佛教傳統年節活動，預計吸引超過百萬人次前來參訪。
2010年歲次屬「虎」，星雲大師說明春聯法語「威德福海」的意義，勉勵大眾要有老虎的威猛，也要有道德的行為，自然福報像大海一樣廣大無邊。
「大馬好吉祥虎」動態主題燈為今年燈會的重頭戲，這四座大型老虎燈體型最高約20尺，主體能360度週轉，建在萬紫千紅的花壇上，晚上大放光芒，虎虎生威，祝福大馬社會吉祥如意。
在長達17天的活動還包括：中國四大石窟之龍門石窟藝術展、「十全十美。禪意空間」美展、緙織風華─緙絲藝術（中國陳文作品展）、國際素食博覽會、百味美食街、全民閱讀書展及生活美學研討會，還有熱鬧繽紛的妝藝遊行、文化大匯演等，除夕夜也將再度與Astro
AEC舉辦倒數演唱會。
佛教傳統過年活動則有除夕夜燒頭香、敲平安鐘、初四供佛齋天法會、禮千佛法會、上燈法會、抄經祈願、禮拜佛陀舍利等。
入場免費，不可錯過，燈會開放時間從早上十點至晚上十點，佛光山東禪寺位於雪蘭莪州仁嘉隆新村，歡迎一家大小一起來賞花賞燈、祈福。
